oops, sorry about that folks. i know i have a lot of diligent readers who’ve been patiently sitting on the edge of their seats waiting for the “come-back” post. well, today i’m happy to end the waiting game. this first post of 2011 is dedicated to milkshakes. yes, i said it. milkshakes. they’ve inspired everything from earrings to song lyrics and bring back memories of simpler days. milkshakes come in classic flavors like chocolate and vanilla, but they also can taste like toasted marshmallows and be topped with sprinkles or fruit. i’ve had these delicious drinks on my mind lately because i owe someone a shake or two and have been trying to search out the best locations in NYC to enjoy this treat. below is the initial list of suggested places, but i’d love to know what my humble readers think. :) please post your fav shake spot in the comments below. i promise to follow up with pictures of wherever we go.
